Can consumers buy directly from Vexous?
No. Vexous sells exclusively through authorised distributors and resellers. If you're a consumer, contact us and we'll point you to a partner in your country.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQs depend on category and market. Accessories typically start lower than laptops and desktops. We'll share exact figures in your proposal.
Do you offer exclusive territories?
For partners who commit to agreed volumes and brand investment, yes. Territory terms are agreed case by case.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are produced at our facilities in mainland China and coordinated by our Hong Kong headquarters. FOB and CIF terms are available.
Can we offer local warranty?
Yes. Partners provide first-line warranty service locally, supported by our spare-parts supply and RMA programme.
Do you support OEM or custom configurations?
For larger volumes we can discuss regional configurations such as keyboard layouts, memory and storage options, and bundled accessories.
